Public profiles inside a larger governed registry
Search by peptide name, brand, or research code. Open a full evidence profile or the published sources available for a record still in development. Source publication does not mean a completed scientific appraisal.
The registry is an expanding catalog, not a complete list of every peptide. A missing public result does not mean no research exists.

TB-500 is a non-standardized market name commonly associated with a synthetic fragment or derivative of thymosin beta-4. Thymosin beta-4 binds actin and has been studied in cell migration, angiogenesis, inflammation, and repair; those findings cannot automatically be attributed to every product sold as TB-500.

Teduglutide is a GLP-2 analog studied in short bowel syndrome and intestinal failure. The clinical question concerns outcomes such as parenteral support and patient experience in defined populations.

Open sources for Temporin L →Teriparatide is the recombinant 1–34 amino-acid fragment of human parathyroid hormone and retains the receptor-active N-terminal region of PTH. Intermittent subcutaneous exposure activates PTH1 receptors in bone and kidney; in bone it increases osteoblast activity and remodeling, producing an anabolic treatment effect when used according to an approved regimen. Its effects depend on exposure pattern: intermittent therapeutic administration is not equivalent to sustained endogenous parathyroid-hormone excess. Evidence and authorization are formulation-, indication-, population-, duration-, and sequence-specific.

Tesamorelin is a stabilized N-terminally modified analog of the 44-amino-acid human growth hormone–releasing hormone. It activates pituitary GHRH receptors, increasing endogenous growth-hormone release and downstream IGF-1 signaling. In the labeled population this pathway reduces visceral adipose tissue; it is not a general weight-loss mechanism.

Open sources for Testagen →master registry transparency
The master registry has 467 governed identities from 501 records. 34 remain review-gated. Nine governed records are scientific comparators, leaving 458 peptide identities in the source acquisition cohort. Database reconciliation is a separate step. The 51 profiles shown on this directory are a represented public-profile subset, not the size of the master registry. All 51 public profiles on this render reconcile to governed peptide identities in that registry; unknown, duplicate, deferred, or comparator identities fail closed instead of appearing publicly.
Explore the full Master Registry →Evidence, chemistry, and regulatory counts include only records that crossed the relevant public-publication gate. A zero means none published in that lane—not that nothing is known. “No governed record published” is a publication-state disclosure; internal or pending material may exist without appearing in public counts. Source verification, editorial publication, and accountable scientific appraisal are distinct states; a source count alone does not approve a scientific conclusion.
