# BPC-157 — Repair and Digestive Research

World Peptide Foundation · Repair, Recovery & Tissue Health

**Status:** Owner-approved publication edition. Published October 15, 2026. Evidence checked October 15, 2026. Approximately 2:12. Single Tom narrator at normal synthesis speed, without time-stretching. The closing signature was updated using the same voice preset.

## Evidence and scope

The knee-pain account is an uncontrolled retrospective report: 17 patients identified, 16 contacted, 12 BPC-157-only respondents, 11 of those reporting significant pain improvement, and four combination-treatment respondents. This does not establish efficacy or structural healing; “significant” follows the report’s description, not an asserted statistical test.

Gastrointestinal research is included explicitly. Rat experiments reported reduced induced gastric ulcers and improved healing in fistula models. These animal results do not establish human treatment success. The human ulcerative-colitis abstract randomized 53 participants. FDA considered the available evidence inadequate to establish efficacy and safety for that use. The human abstract is discussed through FDA’s evaluation; a full trial report was not independently obtained.

## Editorial changes

- No numbered film label on screen.
- The established blue globe Peptides in 2 opening and closing screens are taken directly from the published Survodutide video, including its corrected small lower-right TM. Opening hold: 2.55 seconds. Closing hold extends beneath the updated concluding signature: “World Peptide Foundation. Peptides in 2. Every experience matters.”
- Twelve distinct content images, each used in one continuous passage without returning later. Series production rule: create different content imagery for subsequent films; do not recycle these shots into later episodes. The requested opening/closing brand screen is the sole repeat.
- Shoulder cutaway at 0:43 and Achilles/heel cutaway at 0:52.
- Digestive overview, stomach wall, colon wall, epithelial barrier, and microcirculation artwork support the gastrointestinal section; a unique research-bench image supports study design.

## Artwork and production provenance

All raster artwork is original AI-generated conceptual artwork. It is stylized educational anatomy, not patient imaging, verified histology, photographs of a trial, or evidence of a BPC-157 effect. The shoulder and Achilles images are general anatomy, not outcomes in the knee-pain study. Microcirculation imagery does not demonstrate drug-induced angiogenesis. No healing, receptor binding, or barrier restoration is animated as an established drug mechanism.

Original production prompts are in the three Artwork-Prompts JSON files. Slow optical moves and restrained crossfades preserve tissue geometry. Typography and count explanations are code-drawn. The title screen uses the established series artwork, not a recreated brand card. The TM is small and at the lower-right beside the 2.

Captions are recognition-assisted timings aligned to the exact spoken script. They accompany the revised narration; prior captions have been replaced. No independent scientific peer review or complete manual caption review is claimed. Educational research context, without prescribing or administration instructions. Publication follows owner approval of the exact video; independent scientific peer review is not claimed.

## Rebuild

The source package includes the MP4, narration, transcripts, VTT/SRT, poster, title screen, twelve artwork assets, timing JSON, alignment JSON, and rendering code. Supply Montserrat from Google Fonts under its font license, Python with Pillow/NumPy, and ffmpeg. Run `python3 render.py`. Recognition dependencies and models are not included.

The final spoken signature explicitly includes the series name. Content narration and scene timings preceding the signature are retained; the closing screen is extended to fit the new statement. Closing captions are retimed to the new spoken phrases.
