# Peptides in 2 — Episode 11: CagriSema

## Production plan

Length: exactly 2:00, 1080p, 24 fps. Established Tom narration, natural measured pacing, quiet new instrumental score. Two-second WPF opening and complete spoken closing: “Peptides in 2. World Peptide Foundation. Every experience matters.” The closing begins at 1:55 and finishes before the final fade.

1. **0:02–0:12 — Two peptides, one combination.** A new cinematic macro of two separate research ampoules in a precision optical setting. Cyan and amber distinguish the ingredients. No fake marketed CagriSema packaging.
2. **0:12–0:28 — Danish development and early human study.** A newly created pharmaceutical development scene, restrained Denmark location graphic, accurate credit to Novo Nordisk and the Frias study team. Publication year is not an invention date.
3. **0:28–0:46 — Complementary pathways.** New animated 3D-style signal architecture: two separate, labeled peptide paths and receptor families; no fused molecule. An educational mechanism schematic, not an experimental binding simulation. Pair it with a completely new microscopic membrane artwork.
4. **0:46–1:02 — REDEFINE 1.** A new licensed photograph showing an investigator’s institutional context, clearly labeled as such, plus compact study identifiers. 3,417 adults without diabetes, 68 weeks, combination/components/placebo.
5. **1:02–1:19 — Read the estimates correctly.** Fresh biomedical measurement imagery with concise kinetic figures: 20.4% versus 3.0%, treatment-policy estimand; separate 22.7% adherence-assuming analysis. Never present the estimates as interchangeable or an individual prediction.
6. **1:19–1:37 — Safety and comparison.** New high-end analytical instrument scene. American spelling “diarrhea.” Include the 2026 REDEFINE 4 comparison failing its prespecified non-inferiority endpoint; no blanket superiority claim.
7. **1:37–1:55 — Where the evidence leads.** Entirely new clinical-development technology image. Investigational company description at the October 13, 2026 cutoff. REDEFINE and REIMAGINE serve different populations. No claim of worldwide approval or present commercial availability.

Timing above is provisional; final cut boundaries follow measured narration so visuals stay synchronized. All content artwork is newly created for this episode. Only the established WPF brand and spoken closing recur. Use continuous camera movement, animated mechanism paths and progressive labels; avoid a sequence of static cards. No tiny conceptual-art footer labels; identify visual provenance in Behind the Film. Preserve source credits and study identifiers where useful.

## Credit plan and deliverables

Use built-in image generation for new artwork and local animation/rendering; no paid video generation. Narration is billed once per segment, plus one 8-credit music track. Reuse the existing spoken brand closing. Deliver review MP4, plan, transcript, English SRT/VTT, thumbnail, Behind the Film notes and complete source kit. Prepared for review; publication is a separate step.
